Instructions

In the highball glass, muddle:

6-8 fresh mint leaves

3 lime wedges

2.5 cl agave syrup (adjust to taste)

This releases the lime’s natural oils and juices for a more aromatic drink.

Fill the glass with ice.

Pour 4 cl Louve Rum over the ice.

Top with 10 cl soda water and stir gently.

Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wheel.
